NFL odds 2017, Week 14: Betting lines, trends, and analysis for the week’s top games


The Philadelphia Eagles are underdogs while the Minnesota Vikings are favorites in two of the highlight matchups on the Week 14 NFL betting slate.

The Philadelphia Eagles are 9-3 straight up and 10-1-1 against the spread in their last 12 games against the Los Angeles Rams. The Eagles will try to extend their winning streak against the Rams to five games on the road this Sunday.

Philadelphia is a 2.5-point road underdog in Los Angeles at sportsbooks monitored by After losing as a 3.5-point road favorite to Seattle last Monday night, the Eagles saw their 9-0 SU and 8-1 ATS run snapped and suddenly find themselves in a heated race for the top spot in the NFC.

Minnesota will look to keep pace with the rest of the conference as 3-point favorites this Sunday at Carolina. At 9-3 SU, the New Orleans Saints are also still in the mix, and they’ll visit the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night as 1.5-point road favorites. The Saints are 5-0 ATS in their last five games against divisional opponents per the OddsShark NFL Database.

In the AFC West, the Los Angeles Chargers, Oakland Raiders, and Kansas City Chiefs are all tied for first place with matching 6-6 SU records. Los Angeles is surging with a 6-2 SU and ATS record over its last eight games while the once mighty Chiefs are now 1-6 SU and ATS over their last seven.

The Chargers are 6-point favorites at home against Washington on Sunday while the Chiefs will host the Oakland Raiders in a critical division matchup for both teams.

Two teams with matching 8-4 SU records will collide on Sunday as the Jacksonville Jaguars (-3) host the Seattle Seahawks. The Jaguars are just 1-4 SU and ATS in their last five games against the Seahawks.

Week 14’s primetime games are all division rivalry games as Pittsburgh (-7) hosts Baltimore and Miami hosts New England (-11). The Patriots covered the spread as 17-point favorites at home against the Dolphins two weeks ago and are 12-3 SU in their last 15 games against Miami.
