Ofcom says three out of five Britons are hooked, but what about you?
Ofcom has just released its first set of figures that measure Britons’ internet addiction. The results are hardly surprising: almost 60% say they’re hooked on whichever device they use to connect, a third that they factor in a “digital detox” to reduce their usage, and just under half admit that they spend too much time online.
So, how do you feel about your internet use? Have you got it under control, or is it cause for concern? (And see the new issue of PC Pro for our digital diet: how to streamline your photos, email, storage and music.)
