Your National Signing Day 2018 HQ, with schedules, news, rankings and more

Your one-click stop for everything to know about Signing Day.

The final day of college football’s 2018 recruiting cycle is now underway. Though most recruits have already signed, thanks to the Early Signing Period, plenty of big names are still out there, and we have a pretty good idea of who’s going where.

Below is a commits schedule with national TV/streaming info, a news tracker, and the updated top of the rankings.

The biggest storyline is whether Georgia, Ohio State, or Zombie Alabama will have the No. 1 class. The Buckeyes enter Wednesday at No. 1. The top-rated recruit on the board entering NSD is Patrick Surtain Jr., one of many 2018ers with famous parents.

Otherwise, we’ll see some silly signing ceremonies, hear some new NSD tales of legend, lie to ourselves about how none of this matters (of course it matters), and accuse our rivals of flagrant cheating. Pretty normal Signing Day!

1. The big schedule

Most of the biggest commits will be on an ESPN network, all of which can be streamed online here, but here’s a list of blue-chips with known-ish announcement times (and a few top-100 players whose times I couldn’t track down). These are all pretty loose — most will be available via local TV streaming or some dude’s Periscope feed, and some will run, like, an hour late. We’ll update the news section after each announcement.
